Hosting A Meeting:
When you host the meeting, part of your responsibility is making sure the meeting room is returned to the way we found it. This includes wiping down tables, taking out the trash, vacuuming, and rearranging tables. Please stay after the meeting is over and help clean up the night you are scheduled to host. It goes very quickly when everyone works together! Also, remember that this can be included in the citizenship part of your record book. Any time you help someone, you can include it as citizenship.
Talks:
If you need ideas, please talk to Jodi or Kathy or check the Hot Sheets in you project area for ideas. Talks can be about anything such as a hobby of yours, a pet you have, a trip you have taken, a project you have done, how to make something etc. Talks should last at least 2 to 3 minutes. Please bring something to show us such as pictures or an item or even show how something is done. Have an outline or notes for you talk so you can follow along.
